The latest fashionplate features a Preppy & Punk Foreigner repurposed vintage tee with cutout details and a custom hem at Black Barn Cafe & Bar at Chelsea Market. Met a friend for a quick happy hour catch up here and decided to indulge in their happy hour wine special. We also decided to get some snacks. The mushroom toast was by far my favorite. We also got the roasted eggplant hummus which was very good and a sandwich with pickled jalapeno. At the off hour of 430pm it was fairly empty save for a few couples and tourists.
